Preserve the Color of Your Dried Fruit

Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) is a well known antioxidant that is often used as a dip for preserving the color of sun dried fruit.

  • Ours is food-grade Ascorbic Acid.
  • Instructions for use: dissolve 2.5 Tbs ascorbic acid in one quart of cold water. Cut fruit directly in the solution. Soak for 10 minutes, drain well and ready for dehydrating
