I have tried regular composting, and several variations of regular composting, but they were all too time consuming, too complicated, too expensive, took too long to get a finished compost, or just didnt work. But Bokashi composting sounds like just what I need! I am very excited about getting started. I've already made my own composting pail from the design in this book (cheap and easy!), and am so glad to have found a fast, simple and affordable way to compost my kitchen scraps.Review by Mary (on 5/4/14)
