Please provide your desired ship date and any other pertinent information in the order specific notes.
You can choose any combination of seedling transplant varieties. You must order transplants in increments of 12 plants (a full box). The processing of orders begins as soon as plants are established and sturdy enough to make the journey. Shipping begins in late March and will continue until early June or as long as supply lasts. Plants are reserved for customers in the order in which they are received. You may delay shipment when you order to accommodate your regional seasonality if you choose.
Shipping Transplants:
Plants are shipped on Monday or Tuesday for same week delivery, to avoid the risk of delivery delays due to a weekend. If you are not picking up your order at our store in Grass Valley (call in advance to arrange pick-up), each box of 12 transplants will be shipped via Fed Ex Ground for $12 to WA, OR, CA, NV, UT, ID, AZ, NM, CO, WY, MT, and via Fed Ex 3-Day Air for $24 to other states. We are unable to ship to HI, AK and PR.
Returns & Guarantees Policy:
Please note that perishable goods such as these organic transplants are not returnable. Please do not refuse shipment under any circumstances, as these plants would then all be dead on arrival, causing the entire shipment to be a loss. Keep in mind that in most instances, the vast majority of the plants in a damaged box will be fine. Upon delivery, open the box and inspect the merchandise as soon as possible and simply call to notify us of any problem, if any, within 24 hours. If you are home when Fed Ex delivers, simply note all damage and/or missing items on Fed Ex paperwork, obtain the driver's signature, and request a copy of signed paperwork. If you were not home when Fed Ex delivered, call us anyway so that we can figure out how to make it right and hopefully be able to file a claim. We will either credit or replace the dead or dying plants.
