pH adjuster & foliar spray enhancer natural food preservative. Also used to prevent discoloration of fresh-cut fruit and vegetable products and as a pH adjuster of foliar sprays and irrigation water. Ours is food-grade citric acid. Utilize a titration or pH test to determine the rate pf application necessary to achieve the pH level desired.
