An adjustable 95-145° F thermostat allows perfect drying every time.

Dry fruits, vegetables, herbs and flowers. Make fruit leathers, trail mix and jerky. You can even use it to make yogurt or cure epoxies and clay.

It also allows you to keep the temperature below 120° to preserve enzymes and nutrients.

The unit is easy to clean. Each tray slides in and out and can be removed for drying larger items. We offer the top of the line Deluxe 3000 series, with upgraded electrical components, a heavy duty motor and a full 10 year warranty.

The 9 tray unit has 15 sq ft of drying area, a 600 watt heating element and a 7" fan. It measures 12.5 x 17 x 19.
