Hanna Combo Meter

This combination meter measures EC (electrical conductivity), TDS (Total dissolved solids), pH and temperature, all-in-one! Waterproof and floatable, this meter has a replaceable pH electrode as well as a renewable cloth junction that adds to the life of the meter. Comes with auto shut-off and low battery warning indicator. Readings are automatically temperature compensated (ATC). Large, easy to read LCD.

For accurate readings, it is necessary to calibrate the meter, using reference buffer solutions, purchased separately. For pH, the 7.0 solution (TM 356) is the best one to use for primary calibration. If accurate readings below pH 6.0 are consistently needed, the 4.0 (TM354) solution is also recommended. For best calibration and accuracy, use both the 7.0 and the 4.0 solutions. For EC calibration, use the EC calibration solution (TM364). Since there is a known relationship between EC and TDS, it is not necessary to calibrate for TDS, once the meter is calibrated for EC.
