If driver is instructed to leave package in a cool, safe place for a short period of time, viability should not be compromised but cannot be guaranteed. If no one is available and no instructions have been left, delivery may be re-attempted the next business day. Viability may be compromised and will not be guaranteed. Based on the above, the best address to use is often a work address. If you suspect viability problems you must contact us upon receipt, on the day of delivery, for a full replacement at no charge.

General predator of most species of soft body insects, mites and eggs while in larval form.
Use 1 Lacewing per 20 pests or 2 per sq ft. Use 10,000—50,000 per acre. Apply weekly to monthly starting in early spring thru crop.
As pest populations decline, maintain lacewing populations with beneficial habitat & Good Bug Food.
