Dairymen and cattlemen really love this mix for its high yield, high quality, and quick re-growth in spring. May be grazed or cut for hay, silage or green-chop. Seed every year in September or October in Northern California, later in the south. Plant at 2—5 lb/1000 sq ft or 100—150 lb/acre.
