Seeds of Change Beet Chioggia

(Heirloom) The sweetest of beets when cooked, it is an old Italian favorite, also known as the Bulls Eye Beet. Its gorgeous rosy pink skin hides a white interior flesh with bright pink, alternating concentric rings. Smooth, gentle tops are solid green with red-shaded stems and of medium-height.
