This handy unit halts or interrupts your automatic watering system if it starts to rain. When it rains, the rain drops disrupt a ray of light inside the rain sensor and your watering program is deactivated. Optical electronic operating part reacts quickly when it starts to rain. The watering is interrupted until the rain drops inside the unit on the sensor dry out. Place the rain sensor where it will be exposed to natural rainfall only. Works with WG401 & WG600 timers. Comes with 16 ft connection cable and plug.
