Planting & Care
Soil & Water: Grow in fine soil and keep evenly moist. Fertilize (liquid) every two weeks.
Planting & Growing:Sow in finely worked soil in full sun in early spring or late summer. Sow seed about 1 inch apart and cover evenly with 1/4 inch of fine soil. Firm gently and water with a fine mist. Thin seedlings to about 4-5 inches apart. Sow additional seeds every two seeks until summer heat arrives. Provide shade and daily water when hot.
May be transplanted into pots for color accents (approximately 3 full heads to an 8 inch pot).

Harvesting & Storage:Harvest mature heads when solid and well filled out. Discard heads if they elongate due to heat as they will become bitter.
