About Compost Inoculants

Many successful commercial and homescale composters use compost inoculants. These specially cultured bacteria, fungi and enzyme strains speed the composting process and significantly improve the quality of the finished product. Compost inoculants are simple to use: just mix with water, allow time for activation, then spray onto the compost as the piles are made or turned.
