Heavy Yields on Most Soil Types

Please Read Before Ordering:

Seed potatoes cannot be allowed to freeze therefore, special shipping is required during the Fall/Winter months. Seed potatoes will ship FedEx Ground To Zones 2-3 Only, Zones 4-8 Ships Via FedEx 3 Day. Orders from zones 4-8 will only ship on Monday and Tuesday (to ensure the potatoes do not sit at FedEx over the weekend). Orders can’t be cancelled after they’ve shipped.

This short oval potato with smooth pale yellow skin, shallow eyes, and white flesh can be used for fries, hash browns and many other uses even without peeling. The heavy yields of dependably large potatoes on most soils makes this a great potato in the North. Plant sunburns easily.

  • 80+ days, mid-season
  • Resistant to blight and mosaic, late blight, and net necrosis
  • One of the best keepers
  • Certified seed & certified organic
Planting Instructions:
  • Fall-planted spuds produce outstanding yields by May. If your area experiences hard winters (USDA Zones 1–7), or you tend to have long, wet spring seasons when rot might be a problem, plant potatoes in the spring.
  • One pound of seed potatoes will plant a row approximately 8' long with seed pieces spaced at 8 - 12" apart.
  • Plan on 1,200 lb/acre (600 lb of fingerlings) when rows are spaced 36" apart with 12" between plants.
  • Under optimal conditions, you can expect to harvest 10–15 pounds of potatoes for every pound of seed potato planted.
