Annual Open Pollinated. This annual or tender perennial sage is irresistible to hummingbirds and butterflies. For best results, sow seed indoors 6 weeks before last frost, covering lightly with vermiculite. After danger of frost has passed, transplant seedlings into cleared area and keep moist for 6 weeks until established. To direct sow, scatter seeds lightly on surface in late spring and keep moist during germination. Pack covers approximately 10 sq ft if broadcast.
