not effective

In 4 or 5 attempts, have only caught one. After the third try, replaced the batteries just to see if that would help. With each failed attempt, the walnuts were eaten, and the light was blinking. On to Plan B...

Very Effective

Easy and effective. Two for three so far. I think it would have been three for three if I had double check the charge of the batteries before I set the trap.

Solved the Problem

The trap worked really well. What we thought was a rat turned out to be a ground squirrel which the trap worked on just as well! Very clean and no messy partial kills.
