Planting & Care

Soil & Water: Soil should be finely worked n full sun. Maintain even moisture. After harvesting, water well and fertilize lightly to promote regrowth for several more cuttings.

Planting & Growing: In cool early spring, sow seeds by broadcasting evenly over bed about 1/2 inch apart or in wide rows. Cover lightly and evenly with 1/4 inch of fine soil and firm gently. Water with a fine spray and maintain moisture.

Harvesting & Storage: When leaves are 3-4inches tall, cut as much as you can use, using scissors to shear off about 1-2 inches above soil level.
