Planting & Care
Soil & Water:Plant into well worked, fertile soil, Maintain even moisture and weed often if needed.
Planting & Growing: Plant seed in full sun in spring and late summer. Space 1 inch apart in rows 6" apart, covered with 1/2 inch of soil. Thin early to 2" apart so bulbs have room to form. Replant soon if sowing comes up sporadically
Harvesting & Storage:Harvest cylindrical roots when 2-3 inches long and round roots when large marble size. If weather turns hot, harvest, cut tops and store in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks. Radishes become spicier with hot temperatures.
