This garlic twist works great for garlic. It says that it will work well on nuts too, but I have not tried it yet.
It does take a little practice, but you quickly get the hang of it.
It is generally easy to clean, but It leaves some garlic in the teeth of the twist, which would be wasted if you don't get it out.
All garlic presses I have used take some hand strength, which I am short on, but like this garlic twist better than the squeeze handle type. (Posted on 12/12/12)

I have used the Garlic Twist quite a few times now and I absolutely love it! I can't wait to give these as gifts!!! It makes chopping garlic a quick task. It doesn't hold a garlic smell and cleans up very easily. It took me a couple tries to figure out the correct size pieces to use (you may have to cut large cloves) and to get the neat little triangles once it's chopped. (Posted on 11/2/12)
