We used the dehydrator for the first time this weekend to make beef jerky. It turned out awesome! The trays and liners cleaned up quickly and easily. The dehydrator book has a ton of information and great recipes. I can't wait to dehydrate more stuff! The only downfall (and it's not worth one less star to me) is that it doesn't have an automatic shut-off timer. (Posted on 6/26/12)

I love this product! We made beef jerky and it turned out great! An entire tri-tip only took up 3 trays- lots of room.It's easy to use and easy to take apart and clean. (Posted on 3/22/12)
