I haven't used this on my edible plants but I've used it on flowers and succulents that the deer love to eat. We have extremely aggressive deer and it repels them for a few days before I have to reapply. This is extremely stinky stuff! I recommend wearing gloves when spraying. It takes several hand-washings to get the smell off. (Posted on 12/19/12)

The deer were eating our tomatoes, cucumbers and sunflowers. We tried spraying this product around the garden, front and back of our house, and the deer stayed away. It does have a strong odor for a short time, but when it dries you cannot smell it at all. Might want to keep your windows closed during the spraying and until it dries. (Posted on 6/27/12)
