Have tried so many commercial toxic, green and home made concoctions with minimal success. Planted a legume cover crop and the little bastards devoured half of it
So far these seem to be working pretty well in the two places I put them, actually attracting and killing slugs. Remember to check under the lid not just in the water, found a half dozen live ones there today waiting to fall in. Gonna try a couple more in my small backyard garden and see how bad infestation is next season (Posted on 2/7/12)
