Speedling Transplant Tray - 128 Cell

I started herbs, flowers and veggies in these this year, VS soil blocks. I prefer the speeding trays to the soil blocks. Would like to know is there is something that can be sprayed on to the cells to ease getting the transplants out of the cells.
