I planted La Ratte Fingerlings in October 2012 and enjoyed eating these in May. I got worried when I didn't see them sprouting in Jan/Feb. But Peaceful Valley assured me that they would sprout when the weather warmed up. And did they ever! The potatoes grew very well and had a nutty like flavor. They were great for making fried potatoes. I'll be ordering these again in October. Loved them!
