Excalibur Dehydrator 9 Tray Black

We used the dehydrator for the first time this weekend to make beef jerky. It turned out awesome! The trays and liners cleaned up quickly and easily. The dehydrator book has a ton of information and great recipes. I can't wait to dehydrate more stuff! The only downfall (and it's not worth one less star to me) is that it doesn't have an automatic shut-off timer.
