The peas grew exceptionally well using the Back to Eden gardening method. Very productive, disease resistant plants. Tasty as snow peas when the pods are immature. Very sweet when mature. The best peas I have ever had. I live in Zone 5 and I planted them as early as I could and they thrived through several frosts.

I found them very sweet and tender eaten raw when the peas are not quite mature.

I definitely highly recommend them. Seeds are easy to save too.
