Organic Lettuce, Rouge d'Hiver

I grew this for the first time this past spring. All seed germinated and once planted was extremely pleased with the productivity and the delicious taste. When warmer weather set it in, it has been very slow to bolt. Very tender texture and mixes well with other salad greens. Mine was a lovely shade of deep maroon.
