I used this with tomatoes, and it worked pretty well. I kept getting tomato juice coming out where the handle goes in, and because my counter top is not smooth, the suction cup didn't work. Next time I will try it somewhere I can use the clamp. But it did make pretty short work of the tomatoes, and separated the seeds and skin quite well. I also used the recipe in the back for the Italian sauce. It was delicious, although thin until we added tomato paste. I can't wait to try it again!
