Organic Squash, Winter Buttercup

This was a great winter squash. The flesh is a beautiful bright yellow, not stringy at all with a pleasant sweet flavor. It's not as sweet as butternut but I like the flavor. The vines climbed a trellis and were productive. The nice thing is that the fruit didn't have to be supported.
