This is a well-made dehydrator with a small footprint on the counter for the large amount of drying area available. Runs smoothly and quietly, easy to use and clean. Comes with an extensive recipe and drying tips book. Tamari Kale Chips turned out delicious with even drying and are a favorite. Also does a great job incubating yogurt in containers when several of the lower trays are removed to make space. Highly recommend this product for creating healthy snacks, emergency preparedness food, and gifts!
