Wooden Bucket Ice Cream Maker 4 Qt

I just made the BEST chocolate ice cream I have ever tasted using this ice cream maker! I wish it had a way to manually mix it, though, because 40 minutes is not long enough to get properly frozen ice cream. It comes out as a thick milkshake, which I did like, but I wish it could have gotten just a little bit more frozen without having to let it sit or put it into the freezer.
