Organic Garlic, Georgian Fire (lb)

I live in southern California tried to grow garlic for the first time this spring. I planted 3 varieties of garlic: California Early, California Late and this Georgian variety. I chose it last on a whim and am glad I did because both the Early and Late would not grow at all in my raised bed. Georgian Fire Garlic picked up the slack and we got a bumper crop of large clove and intensely flavored garlic. If you live south of the Central Valley and want to try growing garlic this would not be a bad variety to start with.
