Bought this in a winter coupon special. Got a handle at Ace for $12. After 40 lazy years of dodging regular hoes this is fun. Tool is heavy duty and should outlast me. Cuts off weeds easily, leaving clear site to plant. It takes some effort because it's really digging a shallow trench. Good soil needs little cultivation; break up a few clods and plant. Weeding in season will be even easier. Cutting out grass clumps is still work. Wife used for flower beds and was also impressed with ease of use. Need to get another for my daughter who is just starting to garden like she means it. Great tool.
