Dryland Pasture Mixes

Our mixes, when over-seeded or planted into newly worked ground, will greatly improve the carrying capacity and quality of native rangeland and pasture. The key is to allow them to re-seed by keeping livestock off during bloom and maturity, or re-seed each year. These mixes need soil with a pH 6–6.5 and a full supply of calcium, sulfur and phosphorus. Drill seed at 25 lb/acre or broadcast at 30 lb/acre unless otherwise indicated. Planting time should coincide with the natural rains in your region. All legumes in these mixes (except Forage Blend) are inoculated with organic Nitro-Coat for maximum seedling emergence, vigor and nitrogen fixation.
