Peaceful Valley Summer Soil Builder Mix - Raw Seed (lb)

I planted in late summer while it was too hot to grow anything else. The plants came up super fast and grew thickly. I just tilled them under and am looking forward to planting my fall veggies soon!

Planted in late spring, cover crop germinated quickly and consistently. I am happy to see how much ground a few pounds of seed can cover.

We use this in the late spring to give us a quick cover crop that acts as a green manure. Great stuff!

These sprouted within days and are growing gangbusters. Should be great for the soil once turned under.

I am quite impressed and pleased at how quickly this covercrop begins sprouting. Two days after seeding I had sprouts, four days now and my sprouts are around 4 inches tall. I am using this at the front entrance to St. John’s Cemetery in Pensacola, Florida as a summer covercrop until October when I will till this in and plant azaleas and lilies. I did ammend the soil prior to seeding as nothing had been planted there in quite a few years.
