New improved mix. Makes the most beautiful lawn with its rich, emerald color and fine manicured look in shade conditions. Grows well in full sun to 70% shade and has an excellent mowing quality. Seed is endophyte-enhanced to maximize pest resistance (endophyte-enhanced seed cannot be used for pasture). Contains 20% Gator Turf Type Perennial Ryegrass, 20% Manhatton Turf Type Perennial Ryegrass; 20% Chewings Fescue, 20% Creeping Red Fescue, 10% Rhythm Kentucky Bluegrass, and 10% Appalachian Kentucky Bluegrass. Seed at 5-7 lb/1000 sq ft.
