Culture Includes: s.thermophilus, l.bulgaricus, skim milk and/or lactose, lactic cultures, ascorbic acid.
Yield: Each packet will set as little as 1 quart to as much as 1 gallon of milk. We usually do 2 quarts and it comes out great!
This is super tasty! I let it culture overnight and the flavor is wonderful, really tangy and creamy. The thickness is great, it's the normal store-bought consistency without pectin or adding milk powder. I definitely plan to re-culture.Review by Stephanie (on 4/28/14)
