The summer garden is winding down and it may be time to start removing old or dead plants. Some plants’ seeds can be saved for next years planting. Flowers like marigolds or poppies are easy to save and replant the following year. Beans, okra, corn (if only one variety is planted), peppers and even tomato seeds can be saved.
