Doing Our Part to Make Our World a Healthier One!

Grow Change Donation Program

At Peaceful Valley Farm & Garden Supply, we're dedicated to giving back to our community and supporting causes close to our hearts through our 'Grow Change' donation program. When you shop with us, you have the option to make a meaningful donation that directly supports non-profits championing agriculture, food systems, local communities, children and farmers. Give back by donating $1, $3, $5 or $10. All donations will be split equally between the three non-profits below.

Sierra Harvest

Dedicated to educating and connecting Nevada County families to fresh, local, and seasonal food. Hosting 15 annual farming events, they've drawn 6,500 community members to over 100 farm events, celebrating and honoring local farmers. Sierra Gardens for Schools supports educational gardens in schools, serving as dynamic learning spaces. The Food Love Project, an educational farm, fosters a passion for good food through field trips, summer camps, community service days, and U-pick veggie experiences.

Eco Farm

Through its connective events, the Ecological Farming Association (EcoFarm) facilitates an exchange of knowledge and resources among a diversity of stakeholders and grassroots leadership to advance just and ecological farming and food systems. Founded in 1981, the annual EcoFarm Conference is the oldest and largest organic farming conference West of the Mississippi, supplemented by other events throughout the year.

Rogue Farm Corps

RFC aspires to cultivate a world where farming and ranching prioritize land stewardship, ensure fair power distribution, and foster prosperity for both agricultural enterprises and their workforce. Achieving this vision involves upholding workers' rights and championing equitable allocation of power and resources. Rogue Farm Corps is integral to this mission, actively shaping the future of agriculture by providing hands-on education, preserving farmland, and preparing the next generation of farmers and ranchers for success.

School & Community Garden Seed Donation Program

"Thank you, Peaceful Valley, for your support in educating future generations about the goodness and healthfulness of growing their own organic food. Because of your generosity, over 4,000 elementary school children in Southern California are able to plant seeds and watch their gardens grow, year after year. Most of the children in my urban area had never even touched a seed before, let alone tended their garden, harvested their crops, and tasted their own produce!"

-Amber Tippett, Garden Coordinator, Beach Cities Health District

Every year, we gather our expired seeds and send them to hundreds of schools and community gardens across the nation.

To request free seed packets for your school or community garden, please place the request at our Seed Pack Donation page.  Make sure to tell us about your program in the Notes section of checkout.
