Planting & Care

Soil & Water:Prefers fast draining soil, mesic to dry conditions in full sun.

Planting & Growing: In spring, lightly scarify seed on sandpaper, sprinkle on surface of soil and press in firmly. Keep evenly moist and in the light until germination (about 3 weeks). Keep seedlings warm and in the light Plant out 1 foot apart.

Harvesting & Storage: Harvest stems, leaves and flowers for fresh use, drying or extraction of oil. Cut just as flowers are starting to form.
