Tender Perennial - Exclusive - midsummer bloomer has bright clusters of blossoms in sunset colors. Butterflies eagerly visit these vivid flowers. Reliable hot weather lover, fine cut flower.

Soil & Water:Requires excellent drainage and regular soil without amendment.

Planting & Growing: Start seed indoors, sowing in 4" pots of seed starting mix and cover 1/4" deep. Keep warm and moist and provide a strong light source. Transplant into the garden at 12" spacing when conditions permit. To start outdoors, sow seed 4-5 inches apart in finely textured, well worked bed in full sun. Cover 1/4" deep and keep moist. Thin to 12 inches apart.

Harvesting & Storage:For longest lasting flowers, harvest either very early or late in the day after 2/3 of the florets are open. Do not sear ends in hot water.
