Love the convenient labeling of this thermometer. It also has survived an accidental night out in the compost pile, and continues to do well. We have a decently large compost pile, and this one does the trick - though we might need to size up in the future.
This is a thermometer made to last, and the guide makes it easy to tell how my compost pile is doing.
I was asked to review this before I'd really had a chance to use it much, but so far it has only given us bad news. Works fine, arrived in good condition. Would probably give five out of five stars if I had had more time to test it and/or if it had been the bearer of good news.
This is a beautiful, sturdy tool. It reads quickly and it really is well built. It comes with a brief composting guide on the packaging which is is great for beginners.

from 9167 reviewsI grow flats of this for my pet pigs, because of the high nutritional content. They love it. I find them waiting at the growing location every afternoon waiting for their fave. I've grown beautiful flats of pea sprouts and alfalfa for them too, but they turn up their snouts and walk away.
