Dependable Home Garden Variety

Spinach - Bloomsdale - Spinacia oleracea

Did You Know? Low in calories, spinach has high amounts of vitamins A and C, and iron.

Soil & Water: Spinach prefers loose, well-drained soil with moderate nutrients enriched with plenty of added organic matter. Soil pH preference is 6.5-7.5.
