Blackout Poly Film White/Black 50'x100'

This white-and-black blackout polyethylene film measures 50 by 100 feet and is approximately 5 mil thick. The layered agricultural film is intended for high-opacity applications such as photoperiod control, reflective greenhouse surfaces, silage covering, and stale-seedbed preparation. The white side reflects light and heat, while the black side limits light transmission.

The 50-foot width is suited to broad spans where minimizing longitudinal seams is important, but the roll requires adequate labor and equipment for controlled placement. Measure the structure or ground area before ordering and allow material for fastening and overlap. Support the film so wind cannot whip against sharp edges, use attachment hardware suited to polyethylene, and avoid excessive tension. Blackout performance depends on sealed seams and edges; inspect for punctures after storms or equipment movement. Keep folded film away from heat and flame, and store unused material dry and protected from rodents and sunlight.
