Guarantee

What We Guarantee

We guarantee that the garlic seed we sell will arrive to you in good, viable condition, and that it will germinate, provided you follow all the recommended initial steps listed in our Garlic Planting & Growing Guide.

Due to the perishability of garlic, we also expect you to plant your garlic without any delay (within 14 days of delivery).

What We Do NOT Guarantee

We cannot guarantee your success growing garlic as there are too many variables beyond our control to be able to do so. Accordingly, we cannot and will not accept any responsibility for the many growing and climatic conditions (soil preparation, fertilization, weed and pest control, temperature control, irrigation…etc.) that must be met to ensure the success of your crop.

No other warranty is given, expressed or implied of (1) the merchantability or fitness of our garlic seed for any particular purpose, or (2) against loss due to any cause.

Would Your Garlic Arrive in Unsatisfactory Condition…

In order to request a refund or exchange for garlic that arrives in unsatisfactory condition, you must contact us within 3 (three) days of purchase, or delivery, whichever is later.

Would A Significant Amount of Your Garlic Not Germinate…

Our Germination Guarantee only applies to garlic that was planted by November 15th, and if planted following all the recommended initial steps listed in our Garlic Planting & Growing Guide.

Should you encounter an abnormal and significant lack of germination (over 50%), please contact us within 45 days of delivery to request a credit (not a refund) for next year’s garlic seed season. This time frame (45 days) is meant to allow you up to 2 weeks to plant your garlic, and up to 4 weeks to check for signs of growth.

Note: Only available to customers who plant the garlic they have purchased from us, excluding resellers.
