Garlic Germination Limited Guarantee

IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO KNOW

Please note that we do not guarantee your success growing garlic as there are too many variables beyond our control to be able to do so.

We only guarantee that the garlic seed we sell is in good, viable condition when we sell it. However, because it will deteriorate quickly over time (within weeks), we expect you to plant it without any delay.

We cannot and will not, under any circumstances, accept any responsibility for the many growing and climatic conditions (soil preparation, fertilization, weed and pest control, temperature control, irrigation…etc.) that must be met to ensure the success of your crop.

We strive to bring you good-sized, reasonably priced garlic seed, not the most cosmetically desirable bulbs (which may be available at twice our price from our competitors). Our garlic seed has been harvested mechanically, possibly showing some marks on it as a result.

This being said, we are so confident that you will be satisfied with our garlic, that if any bulb you receive does not meet your expectations, you can return any un-cracked bulbs for a refund, excluding shipping costs (either way) within 3 (three) days of your purchase, or delivery, whichever is later, to request an exchange or a refund.

Accordingly, please inspect your entire garlic shipment upon arrival, as you must notify us of any problem within 3 (three) days of purchase, or delivery, whichever is later, to request an exchange or a refund.

Please read our full Garlic Germination Limited Guarantee here.
