Sunblaster LED Mini Greenhouse Kit

This will start your seeds or herbs for sure. I wish it had larger vents as the moisture built up quit a bit and brought fungus gnats. A small sticky trap took care of the problem.

I purchased this kit to expand my seed starting empire in my basement. This kit is being used to grow some baby greens direct in the tray. Dome is keeping things warm enough and the light is just right, even put it on a timer. Handy little kit!

I love that the light sits right on the dome and it is really bright. This is a great seed starting kit only thing you need to add an insert to start the seeds in. I used the GP030, a 98-cell seed tray, that fit perfectly in the tray and the dome set nice an snug on the tray. I got a small bag of the Quickroot seed starting mix (2 gallons) that was the perfect size to fill the tray. I had a heat mat on hand, but if you don't I recommend that to heat up the soil for the seeds to germinate. Can't wait to see all my lettuce and greens sprouting.

The name, Sunblaster LED Mini Greenhouse Kit, led me to believe that there would be a seedling tray with it. I feel like it would be more complete if it had that tray. The dome fits nicely over a 50/55 cell tray though. So, one needs to be purchased, in addition to the kit. I sprung for the GP375. I like the design of the LED light sitting on top of it. It makes it easy to grow starts in a smaller space. The LED light is bright. I am excited to see how my winter starts grow under the light.
