Recipe: Roasted Garlic with Herbs
A delicious and versatile way to eat your homegrown garlic!

- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Peel the outer layers off of the garlic heads. Leave the cloves connected and in their wrappers. Cut off the first quarter to half an inch of the cloves.
- Place the heads in a muffin tin and coat them with olive oil. Cover each of the heads with aluminum foil.
- Bake the heads for 30-35 minutes, or until the cloves are soft. If you're adding herbs to your garlic, add them to the top of the garlic about half way through roasting.
- Let the roasted heads cool and then they are ready for eating straight or using in recipes!
