Dormant sprays are pest & disease control products applied during the leafless stage of deciduous trees, typically in late fall, winter and early spring. These sprays are applied to control the over-wintering of pests and/or prevent diseases. Peach leaf curl is a common disease that is prevented (or limited) by the use of dormant applications. Be sure to read the product label for information on the pests or diseases controlled by each product, along with the optimum time to apply the product.
