Organic fenugreek sprouting seeds produce sturdy shoots with a distinctive warm, slightly bitter flavor often described as maple-like. Use the young sprouts in salads and wraps, or add them to cooked dishes.
For a jar, add 1–3 tablespoons of seed, rinse, and soak in cool water for 6–12 hours. Drain thoroughly, then rinse and drain twice daily. Sprouts are generally ready in 2–3 days; longer-grown shoots can be raised in a tray. Keep equipment clean and allow excess water to drain between rinses.
