Description

Organic Spring Salad Sprouting Seed Mix blends broccoli, radish, red clover, and alfalfa for a crisp mix with mild-to-peppery flavor. The sprouts add fresh texture to salads, sandwiches, and wraps and can be grown indoors in a wide-mouth jar or suitable sprouting tray.

Spring Salad Mix – Brassica spp., Raphanus sativus, Trifolium pratense, and Medicago sativa

Sprouting: Rinse 1–2 tablespoons of seed, soak for 2–3 hours, and drain well. Rinse with cool, potable water twice daily and drain thoroughly after each rinse. Sprouts are generally ready in 4–5 days. One tablespoon of dry seed yields about 1.5–2 cups under typical conditions.
